I've been writing puts, too, and buying them back once they go down 50-75% and then writing ones higher out. Both near-term and leaps. It's moving so fast I sometimes only hold them for a few days! I suppose in retrospect (a few months out) I could say this was too cautious and that I probably should have used every drop of margin collateral to buy Q calls, but I guess everybody has their own water-level of risk based on experience and tolerance.
