Frederick, I like the RTEC IPO today. It's relatively obscure so one can accumulate slowly without haste (KEYN, for instance). It's main competitors are AMAT, KLAC, and although these two are more profitable, Rudolph Technology is very inexpensive. Also, RTEC has been investing quite a bit in research and product development, and the cash infusion from the IPO can only help.

For a relatively obscure company, Robbie actually raised the offering price from the original 12-14 to 16, an indication of over-subscription, institutional support prior to as well as after the debut.
