MM: Thanks for the article. It is amazing that we need law professors to tell us that the judge's "findings" in crucial areas are grounded on his personal dislike for MSFT and however harsh the rhetoric the rulings are not supported by the real world and the facts presented. The fact that MSFT had monopoly like dominance in the desktop area did not take 76 days of court room hearings to arrive at. That had bee decoded in the marketplace about 3-4 years ago. JFD
