Is there any play here to salvage any thing.

With perfect hindsight I can tell you to cover your short calls this morning, and sell the stock or those Jan00s this afternoon. Don't know the exercise date of the 200s and 220s you wrote, but you can't make any net money on the position since they are so DITM. I'd be looking to exit the position myself, hopefully on a day like today when you could leg out nicely. A $400 stock selling at 300 times earnings is a bit too skeery for me.
