SRCM shares are hard to get domestically at many brokers. I short whenever I can get shares. Just requires some patience as we are currently in the pump phase.

When the dump comes, the drop will just as precipitous (if not more so).

I'm guessing that the very large short position is at least partially responsible do to the shorts tax loss selling and a general feeling that this this not a good market and time of year to be short in.
