Chris, On the financials, that's exactly what I saw. Right now, everyone's afraid of the declining same store sales in JCP stores and ignoring Eckerds where same-store sales have been growing in the high-single digits to low double digits. I'm not as stringent on insider ownership for old companies where original management has been succeeded - but it would be nice to see some buying, as you have indicated. I do one it at a higher basis and have been averaging down. Regards, Stew
