Oh, I wasn't trying to give you flak(I don't even give flak to DD for owning it), I was trying to give you options, only options. Hell, a big part of this whole thing is about "fully open markets" right? I can put 100% of my IRA in Russia or Mexico or anywhere else for that matter. If this NAFTA thing is really about freedom & the free & open movement of funds being best, why doesn't it work both(all?) ways? I am free to do anything with my money I want(even if I am being stupid).
