O'Neill's comment is something like "turkey's flying" or "dog's barking" or something (I'll look it up, if you wish), and it might seem like that is what is happening. Indeed, througout this Inet mania one would be inclined to think that that comment has applied to this market, periodically.

However, if you follow O'Neill's price and volume and sentiment indicators you'll find that confirmation of an intermediate term (3-9 months) bottom occurred off the October 18 low. There have been several intermediate term changes of direction during the Inet madness which are true to O'Neill's work. We are very early in the most recent move, and just because the Inets are running does not make O'Neill's comment applicable, IMHO.
