Vodafone weighs Mannesmann options
LONDON, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Cellphone giant Vodafone AirTouch Plc said on Friday it was continuing to evaluate a broad range of opportunities in a fast consolidating global wireless market -- but said it had reached no decision yet on what to do.

Amid mounting speculation that the UK-based group is poised to launch a hostile bid for its European partner Mannesmann AG , Vodafone said it was looking at ways to develop its ``existing long standing relationship' with the German company.

But it added in a brief statement: ``Vodafone AirTouch will only consider such opportunities where they would add value for its shareholders. No decisions have yet been taken with regard to any specific options.'
