TRACK DATA ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE DOW JONES NEWS
SERVICE IN ITS myTrack SERVICE

New York, New York - November 15, 1999 - Track Data
Corporation (Nasdaq NMS: TRAC) announced today it signed a
non-exclusive wholesale agreement with Dow Jones Newswires
to offer the Dow Jones News Service, the leading source of
real-time equity news for financial professionals, to
customers of its myTrack Internet-based online trading and
market data service. This premium service from Dow Jones
Newswires is available now.

Track Data's Chairman and CEO, Barry Hertz, said, "We have
