Hi,

I keep on hearing that a .25% hike in rates is definitely priced into the market right now. Firstly Im not definite of anything and I would question that a .25% hike is priced in considering that the rates have dropped almost .40% and in light of the NAZ setting such new highs.

If the rates were in the 6.25%-6.40% range, then I would feel more comfortable that a .25% hike is priced in. Im no expert in interest rates, but Im more inclined that if the rates are increased next TUE, it would have a negative effect and if the biased is kept, that would also add to the negativity.
