Mike IMO funds now owning Dell stock should be very reluctant to sell a stock with continuing 42% growth in sales and earnings
By what reasoning could they go to others on this chart?
Most all the past reasons given for dumping Dell ( declining prices, reduced growth rate of PC industry, high P/E, moving average violations, tech stock bubble, too much competition, no cheapy computers, delayed product launches, use of Intc chips
instead of cheaper Amd or Cyrix, estimated Dell growth of 30%
to 35% intead of the customary 40%, Europeans and Asians will
not buy direct, Chinese,Indian, South Americans cannot afford
computers. Dell cannot compete with Cpq and IBm middle or high end products. Dell has no design capabilities or patents. Y2k disasters

These have all turned out to be false, dead wrong.
But we have to look forward to another year of similar Bull
s&*t if one is going to read the thread or watch CNBC. It all
comes from the imagination of a few of the dreaded professional stock analysts ,false rumors, and a distorted
view of the facts presented.
Under the present conditions it is going to take maximum faith to hold Dell or any other stock long term without keeling in to naysayers. techstocks.com
