>>First, I'd like to thank everyone here for being as patient w/me as I am being impatient with ADSN. I can understand that ADSN is marketing this new product to corporate techies, but seems to me that you can do so w/o ignoring the rest of us who aren't likely to understand what ERP "means" even after telling us what the acronym signifies. As a stockholder I'd have been a lot happier if ADSN had issued TWO releases for their new software, one aimed at a general business audience to join the technically oriented one that we got. <<

Morning Bill,

I understand your wanting to understand what is happening with the company, and the impact of each announcement. However, if you are frustrated that you don't know what one of the specific target markets is for this company (Enterprise Relationship Planning - ERP), then I strongly recommend that you do a bit of background reading. It is a wise move for any investor who wants to be able to react quickly, and appreciate the ramifications of these, or any other related company or industry press releases, or articles.

Please do not take this the wrong way, but I feel that if a person doesn't have a base understanding of one of a company's key market areas, and they put money into a stock, then I feel that they should consider themselves as a speculator rather than an investor. Don't get me wrong, speculation can make some people a lot of money. It is just not the way I do it. I also believe that investors make more money in the long run than speculators do.

If you wanted to know more about ERP, you could do a word search of past posts this thread, and look for references to ERP. I know I have discussed in at length in earlier posts. Or, if you prefer, you could do a search on "ERP" on any one of the search engines. You could also follow up and call the company, I am sure that you will be provided with all the information you will need. They were more than helpful when I started doing my research.

Explaining what this term means in a press release is not practical.

By the way, ERP is a fascinating business application. And ASI really is at the cutting edge of this area.

I am confident that there are just too many positives here, and the spotlight will shine on ASI. So, if you can continue to be patient, then you and I and the other investors / speculators in the company will rewarded for it.
