K. MOORE: If you are referring to the possibility of a monetary recovery, that would depend on the circumstances proven. Unless the circumstances are particularly egreeeeeeeeeeeeeegious, don't count on it. Frankly, hawkeye would be surprised if such circumstances exist here. Of course, hawkeye been surprised before!!!
