Current CEO Hellstroem will remain for the next 1-2 years to ensure a smooth transition after which Mr.Mathews will take over both roles. ERICY will pay with 2 shares for each 1 share of NN. MrMattews will be given also X......no of share options to be vested over the next 5 years at specific financial targets.
