Yes, I don't know exactly how the charterhouse deal was supposed to work but a new stock issue makes more sense then purchases on the open market. Either way, the company has an interesting product and it would be interesting to see how they can "internet" it. They are a pretty small, and offshore, bunch and as the Dakota fiasco showed - they are not a particularly easy bunch to deal with. To their credit, they figured out how to market their product. If they keep pushing and looking for opportunities the company could really increase its earnings. But that's just an opinion.
