Rick:
I don't believe that, but that is my opinion. The locals are quite pleased that this outer targets will be drilled, we all quite aware of what they can pull. I want to give Ernie time to get some core out, and I am content with that. For the record the locals are buying.
I am just happy to have the drills in there, as that alone should help the price.

Regards
G

Selling of shares by insiders is a common way to raise new money quickly. The insiders take the cash and participate in a non-brokered private placement, thereby avoiding the riskier rights offering or more expensive brokered private placement. A brokered private placement also has the disadvantage of requiring a new prospectus, I believe.

I have no knowledge whether MLSM insiders are selling shares.

Bill.
