He did not seek to rescue her; he failed to immediately report the incident when he returned to the party; and he was terribly drunk when driving. He is at least guilty of negligent homicide, by my reckoning....

I'll go along with the idea that he "killed" one Woman [singular], accidental/negligent.

Killing Women would mean TK has been murdering Women, which ain't the Deal!
