Depends on where you are. Obviously it means less in Ark. than in NH. Liars still get disbarred in NH. JLA

I related this awhile back, but I will bring it up again: I was involved in a suit arising from an auto accident, and in the interrogatories, the lawyer (retained by Allstate) made up stuff for me to sign. Of course, I refused to perjure myself, but she remained irritable about it, and in conference before the deposition threatened to cut me off if I were too forthcoming....
