Disablement is a process by which the legal profession purges itself of stupidity, not dishonesty. This insurance lawyer may be disbarred if she was stupid enough to leave evidence of her unethical proposal to Neocon. If it was an ethics process Clinton would have been disbarred 15 minutes after the judge ruled him in contempt of court. He will be disbarred only if his actions are deemed stupid enough to disqualify him from the lawyerly fraternity. Bill V. votes yes. Lorrie votes no.
