Hey, I missed out on the AOL and Dell rides of the past few years. How do their wild rides upwards compare to this one? and in what ways?

I am trying to prepare myself for the inevitable backfilling, but damn, this IS FUN.

I'll bet you are right. Enjoy every second.
Incidentally, when the dot.coms do this it means little. I had a large account last April because of owning .coms and didnt sell them on time, and had margin. Got margin calls in May. Took a loooooong time (well in bull market months) to recoup my losses, (thank you, Qcom)...But this is a REAL company with REAL technology and REAL barriers to entry and REAL dominance. It's a much MUCH better run up than any .com would be.
