I have a scan that screens out all preferreds, warrants, funds etc., so all I get are possible tradeables. This outputs my "common.lst".

Now, I want to input this to a scan that will find only optionable stocks. I know about the command "hasoptions()", but I don't know how to cause it to give me a new list, from my "common.lst" that would contain only stocks with options.

Can anyone please show me how this should look? I'm just not good at figuring out how to write scans. I probably need to go take a course in beginning programming... or something.

Thanks a bunch! Ken
