Yes but not until BKP proves CC is a producable well and that reserves are there.... SOP could walk away at anytime and loose the 100k it has cost them to look see... If the well is a dud or produces little gas, SOP does not have to spend the 10 mill to drill... if the well has TCF's or BCF's yes they will drill.... But who knows... if BKP or someone else offered the right money for the 40 acres ie somewhere between 80 to 120 mmilion dollars I would sell, wouldnt you? Taff
