Can anyone explain what is going on today? Seemed like great economic news today but the market is selling off on the news. How is that possible? Did the market already know what the news was going to be today and it was built into the price? I have shorted QQQ with puts over the last two days. I thought I really messed up with the news this morning, but somehow the NAZ is down 60 as I write this. I do not mind but I just want to know why. Is AG more or less likely to raise rates now? Does the market care either way?
