Todays range shows $1 3/4. I have called the S.E.C. They said it was probably as a result of using a R.D. Computer. Gives quick results but usually wrong, sometimes phony, sometimes funny. Early Y2K, probable actual should have been $2 3/4?? Or quote might have been just after the bone Dude threw hit the XOMA dog???

Day Range
1 3/4 - 3 1/16

O.K. didn't wana do it but feel we must get seriously Socratic.

Texas Dude please answer all of the following questions at once!!!

When did you throw the bone? How big was the bone? How heavy was the bone? Was it a pork or beef bone? Did you hit the XOMA dog? Where did you hit it? Did it analyze the bone? Was it a complex analyses? Was the bone still whole after it hit the dog or did it split into parts? Is the XOMA dog going to talk to others about the analysis of the bone but not to us? Did it bury the bone? More importantly, if it did bury it, why did it bury the bone? Was the bone worthless? Or was it such a great bone it did not want others to see it? Did it take the bone to the Friendly Dog Association? When did it take it? Had it taken it before you threw it? Did the F.D.A. say anything about the bone?

Important and no joke. The reset provisions of the pfd. might be based on a complex computation of average prices. Urge XOMA to make sure that todays errors in published pricing do not impact the reset price at which additional shares are issued to the holders of the pfd.
