It was a ridiculous statement to make without adding any specifics IMO. I have no idea if this is news or what??? Seemed to me like things were stabilizing -- but then we had heard nothing about FAB re-starts or OEM demand???

I think it's very possible that it's old news since with reference to Intel he said that much of the reason for the downgrade was already priced into the stock. He's probably just talking about what has already happened (the delay). But this is just a guess.
