Software Control Systems International Inc. (SCSI) is pleased to announce that DVD Technologies Corporation (DVD) has signed a letter of intent that encompasses manufacturing as well as financing.

DAC Precision Corporation (DAC) of San Fernando, California has negotiated for the exclusive manufacturing rights for North and South America. This company's expertise in sound and cabinet manufacturing will ensure that DVD has the capacity and knowledge to manufacture the quantities necessary to launch its product this year. DAC will assist DVD in completing the design of the product, as well as the bill of material ensuring DVD of competitive pricing and long term supplier contracts.

The president of the company, Mr. Kenny Dewan has accepted a seat on the board of directors of DVD. His knowledge of manufacturing and sound technology will be of tremendous value to DVD and its customers.

"Mr. Dewan with all of his expertise will be a valuable asset to the Board" quotes Lee Wesson company president.

The letter calls for an initial funding of up to US$250,000 with an additional financing up to US$10,000,000 in equity once public.

In other news SCSI has entered into negotiations with a manufacturer for the territory of India that would call for a royalty of $200.00 per system manufactured and assistance in finding the right distributor for the product.

SOFTWARE CONTROL SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL INC ("XVN-Y;SFWCF-L") - DVD's Preliminary Financing

Software Control Systems International Inc. is pleased to announce that DVD Technologies Corporation, (58.2% owned by SCSI) has finalized its preliminary financing to begin producing the XVN System.

In an update from DVD's president, Mr. Lee Wesson, he states that DVD will soon be trading on the NASDAQ OTC ( over the counter ) market.

DVD has signed an agreement with Digicrypt Technologies Inc. of Nepean, Ontario to produce the XVN system. The agreement call for delivery of the first model in six weeks and commercial systems for sale at the AMOA (Amusement and Music Operators Association) show in September. DVD has decided to name its first line of the XVN system (which will provide DVD's customers with the ultimate in audio and video entertainment) "The Stargate Systems".

DVD's new Stargate Systems will be the first model introduced into its licensed territory of North and South America excluding Canada.

Software Control Systems International Inc. (SCSI) is pleased to announce that DVD Technologies Corporation (DVD) and Mr. Kenny Dewan of DAC Precision Corporation (DAC) have finalized their letter of intent with the signing of a formal agreement.

As stated in its previous news release DAC's expertise in sound and cabinet manufacturing will ensure that DVD has the ability to enter its market with a leading edge manufacturer as part of its team. DAC is currently working on the design and bill of material for DVD's "Stargate" product line.

Software Control Systems International Inc. is pleased to announce that the company has signed a licensing agreement with Digital Video Display Technology Crop for the United States.

SCSI is to receive 2,000,000 shares of Digital Video Display Technology Corp. and the exclusive marketing rights for Canada and the Pacific Northwest States to DVDT's products. SCSI will also receive $250,000 to fund the marketing of DVDT's products in Canada.
