it's possible BEST is locked out of the ipo.... why should MRV give them any business? they've done a very poor job in covering the company. i would imagine we'll see new coverage stemming from the ipo. where there's blood, you'll find sharks. it will be large enough, especially if there are further ipo deals from other subsidiaries, to warrant Merrill and Robbi Stephens' interest. would be nice to see new coverage of a large, well known (not necessarily well-respected) house. btw, i'd say VanKasper is doing a great job and i certainly hope they get a nice piece of the action!
