I believe something has changed fundamentally wrt QCOM (don't know what it is) and the market is adjusting to the
new fundamentals. Sort of like what happened to CMRC when
the GM deal was announced. I can't believe this kind of a
rise is all due to 4:1 split announcement. Look at PHCM.
According to Wan Wagonner this is the YHOO, AOL of the wireless world.

With Qcom, consolidation is fine, even a drop of 20%, but this one will be cheap a year from now.
