When FRTI filed, it had 60 days before due date, which is the maximum time...

SEC is allowed to review an application (prepared by KPMG) before approving it... I expect the final approval to be issued very shortly and the "E" to be removed... Also a Quarterly report should soon be filed....

The Silicon Investor DEAL MUST BE RAKING IN NEW SUBSCRIBERS

by the Tens of Thoudands (some 200,000 to be had) and I believe the total numbers must be very close or exceeding 800,000 now... At an extremely conservative $500.00 per Subscriber, that's $400 Millions Market Cap or $57.00/share, based on 7 Millions shares Outstanding...

I DON'T KNOW WHEN, BUT IT'S GOING TO POP BIG (10 bagger?) SOONER THAN LATER...
