Duke,
The ML downgrade is a buying opportunity. The stock price can only move so low, and the institutional buyers will take advantage to buy on the "dip". Don't overreact to the downgrade and watch the stock settle and then move higher.

Yeah, I was snoozing (not really, actually real-work emergencies kept me occupied) and I missed the chance to buy the INQKO's at 1-3/4. I had the order screen up and filled out but got called away from my computer. They traded later with a bid of at least 2-1/4. I've made some decent money on a couple of other Intel overreactions.

INTC just cracked 75 again so maybe I'll get another chance...
