I am still willing, able, and interested in serving as a director. I live in Santa Cruz, California, so I am not in the immediate vicinity of Vancouver, but at least the plane ride would not be too long.

I believe the last post did not include the shares I own, as I was distracted at the time by a death in the family. I have been following the thread regularly, but have not been posting. I would be happy to supply the requisite information. But there would seem to be a problem getting enough shareholder support.

I am a bit puzzled as to the attitude of Pyng management towards an outside director. They seem to be saying they are open to the idea, but only if a large enough bloc of shareholders supports it. Since most shares are currently owned by insiders, obtaining 10% support is no small requirement.
