Obviously not, since they put out a PR yesterday on Panoscan. Also since GONT has been public for nine years... it is definitely not an IPO. Also would not apply since they have already started selling the secondary offering, as we have already discussed. Tried to look for the Thursday PR on the GONT website, but it appears that the website is gone. Hope they are paying their web host bills, it's not uncommon for companies to yank the site if you don't pay on time.
