I think the release about the PO was to off set their earnings report and to put a damper on CC's activity. INVHO PO's will start dribbling out and will increase the value of our shares. Lev led us to believe that Moltec was not their only customer. His mentioning the "Explosion in wireless usage", made me believe that they will soon be swamped by orders from companies that want to offer safe, light weight and long lasting power with their products. I am definitely long and sincerely hope this isn't just wishful thinking on my part. All disclaimers apply. Good luck!

>> why Lev decided to release the news-report of the PO
>> when all along he had insisted that the PO report must
>> come first from the OEM

- He feared to face the possible consequences of another quarter, especially under CC attack, without releasing PO news?

- He is a pretty good spinmeister and will say whatever best supports his agenda. In the absence of having a PO, it's nice to have a plausible rationalization ... policy.

- This PO is for a packager and does not directly disclose OEM directions.

- It's small.

So, it's expedient. And also real. I believe others will follow.
