When the flood gates open in Jan.2000 with everyone converting their P's to Common, I see the price of the Common dropping like a rock due to the shares coming from the "Authorized" bucket going into the "Issued" bucket.

Is this a valid concern?

Would it be better to keep Cool heads and just wait awhile?
