Schmidt, marketing, and the near death experience Ah ha, I spy a diamond fallen into the rough!!! Everything that happened to NOVL this fall in anticipation of an end of the year release of Win2000 will happen again next year in February! Since Eric saw it once do you think he has learned something for when it happens again? A lot of people have been looking for some signs of marketing life in Novell. How about a pricing strategy to get NDS for NT on every Win2000 system? Isn't that the bottom line? And if it isn't shouldn't Novell be concentrating on how NOVELL will take advantage of a Win2000 intro next February and not just be sitting there to take another punch from the bully?. Suggestions?
