I am watching OSha on CNBC at the pesent time! He has nothing to say! He just made a buing opportunity for ML.
He said nothing has changed since he upgraded INTC!

Back in 1998 when ML was extremely negative on INTC, Osha was right there with Kurlak putting a negative spin on any of the good news that was starting to trickle out last summer (1998).
