Just set Stop-Loss at 365; any comments on that number?

Yes, you are just asking to have what should be your long-term shares swindled away from you. Might be able to buy them back for less but the risk/reward ratio is not at all favorable. Stop loss orders should only be used to avert disasters in highly leveraged/speculative situations and even then they must be used with full understanding of the implications.
