Yeah, he had breakfast with Andy Bryant. Osha is probably not used to anyone understating their case to the degree that Andy is prone to do.

Paul, if you know Andy, please tell him that most of us are fully invested - with very little in cash to take advantage of all these great buying opportunities he is creating for us.
