hopefully that "chance" significantly exceeds 50%.

If they hit nice numbers the tax flow through would be a breeze. they have just over 30 days to close the shelter deals.

Yes it is nice to see you again on this thread.
I knew as soon as HD was somewhat out of the game things would start to move again. HD have a past history of doing what they have done to MLSM. They try and take over the property and if that fails they will hold back all moneys that they have agreed to finance the project. I have not spoken good things about Ernie in the past but I will give him this one for not playing HD's game. MLSM's future is now 100% in the hands of Ernie, no one else to blame. This is what Ernie wanted, now he has it, LETS SEE WHAT HE CAN DO!!!!
