Scott said at the meeting that Sun is bringing the stock options down a couple levels currently and also enhancing employee stock purchase plans.

He also said that having it to do over he would have given more Sun employee's stock options in the past, and also would have vested 5 years but required employees to not sell for years after vesting.

you don't read the 10k's do you? if you did, you would know that s.c has a huge option program. you don't here about it because all they talk about is microsoft. trust me. its there. if you take a look ( look at the footnotes) i'll be happy to debate you on it.
