Yes, because the plaintiffs' lawyers will become concerned BW will file chap 11. and maybe MDR parent is not on the hook for BW obligations (can't pierce the corporate veil?)--the worse this looks to the stock, the more press it gathers and the more concerned the other side gets. With the stock now at 8ish, if i was an MDR lawyer/strategist, I'd love it.

I really haven't found anything earth shatterring in the 10Q, how about you? The earnings were bad but the rest seems like a chance to run the stock down like VTS.
I had to start a position in the 8's, still plenty of room to maneuver if I need to.
Anybody have any thoughts on the last 15 minutes? This stock doesn't seem to have enough shorts to make much of a short covering close, unless they all piled on the last few days.

Closing above 80 was important for the OSX and crude was redeemed also.
