What sent DCLK into orbit ?? Amazing it is almost at all time high that it hasn't seen since April. I am sorry I was looking at other stocks because I have always loved DCLK.

<<CLNTF: UPDATE FROM UPBEAT INVESTOR CONFERENCE
Clearnet hosted its annual shareholder meeting yesterday in Toronto. We would
classify the overall tone as very upbeat. Several new initiatives are underway:

* Data, data, data (and, oh, the Internet).

* Clearnet is making a concerted effort to raise ARPU through some small price
increases.

* Having established a strong retail co-distribution network, Clearnet is going
to expand through company owned kiosks.

* The spectrum cap and spectrum sale are unlikely to yield a fifth carrier, and
do not prevent consolidation. Also, it should only be a matter of time before
foreign ownership laws are lifted.

* Look for Clearnet to launch the Halifax market on Monday. While Halifax is a
small, isolated market, Clearnet plans to offer a unique price plan there in an
attempt to garner subscribers.

* Net net, Clearnet has executed and is well positioned to continue to add
shareholder value, not just mass numbers of subscribers, but value creation.

* We are raising our target price from US$27 to US $32 based on the better
forecasted results, off the solid 3Q99 numbers and slightly higher anticipated
ARPUs. We continue to rate Clearnet a Strong Buy.>>
