PLCOP at present levels would let you pick up PLCO at .40 more than a 60% discount off the current price of $1.18. Of course you cannot convert the Preferred to common until after Dec. 29th, right? Next week could get very interesting. Are you guys still saying that PLCO will own 58% of the shares and value generated from the Toys, Int'l IPO? Is the IPO price set at $13 Eurodollars or abouit $14 US? Or is that still being determined?
