Good reality check Maurice- to think that it rose twice as much today (in terms of pre-split price) as it was worth in April 1996, and we are still down 40 points (pre-split) from the intra-day high (also more than it was worth).

I can remember back in Feb 98 - qcom dropped more than $10 per share in one day down to $40 ($20 today) on reliable sources (cabi, ercy, etc) which doubted cdma viability as well as korea slip in potential cdma growth. Analysts were focused on the percentage of korean sales.. talk about looking at the tip of your nose for the future. thanks
