Thanks for the DCLK news. Here is something I just found: at 2:44 buying started in DCLK by one trader with just 1000 shares at 155 15/16 then next trade 1,900 then another of 2,400 shares then another for 3,400 shares then another 3,400 shares then the last of 7,000 shares. All total 19,100 shares all at 155 15/16.

Now there could be more block buying after that but the 7000 shares was the last at 155 15/16. I wanted to know what all of you thought of this and if anyone could answer a few questions. Why would a trader seperate his order in increasing blocks ? The stock rose almost 20 points in the last 15 minutes and DCLK is not one of the low float new IPO stocks so something is going on. I was just wondering if any of you had some ideas of the possibilities.

HJ

Wait the 'meshing' is only the beginning.. Since one or even two professional traders can't handle all the better plays (the shorts for 8-10 points and the 11-20% profits on the rest of our positions) we will eventually have a some unique trading strategies based on technical and fundamental analysis with help from others for "point and figure' analysis whenever appropriate, chart patterns, and regular channel and support and resistance breakouts. That way we can get us into the best trades and leave the 5 percenters for other days.

No more free for all trading rooms that are hard to follow, break down or can be more distracting than helpful, but a restricted, planned forum where we discuss our 10-11 stocks and of course if one of you picks up 'something' on another watch list stock then hop to it... We definitely don't want a filled to the brim forum. We'd rather some of you chose the alternatives which would be intraday updates on SI but password protected with a feature that SI hasn't released yet but would be perfect for our forum.

The third way would be e-mailed updates...in almost real time. and still a fourth alternative is just the watch list and newsletter/calendar without any additional features, because they will be self-contained with more information.

Our buy triggers have been very successful on SI, so much so that I can rarely step off the thread, afraid I'd miss a 'buy trigger' that is timely (like TBFC, NITE, Stock # 1 EP 11/15, etc).. I'd rather have a more detailed watch list so you can 'learn' how to trade and not be spoon fed.
