Hi Ken, I'm not sure that I know the situation you're referring to. Is this it?: fcc.gov Or, are you referring to the prospect that would have the LECs "open their DSL lines" to multiple portals and ISPs in the same fashion that AOL would have ATHM et al open their pipes to every ISP (or, to those whoe were deemed qualified, whatever that means)? Please explain a bit more, since there are so many contexts that could be applied to your questoin... UNE, OpenDSL, etc. There are simply too many instances of government meddling these days for me to be sure exactly which one you are referring to. -g- Regards, Frank Coluccio
