You have some "Research Project" If you go looking for the Cecil Rhodes "Thinktanks" Scholarships..at Oxford University..W.Va. at one time had sent more students into that program then any other in the nation..Find a good Book on Cecil Rhodes and you will get the shock of your life..He started his program...I think in 1913?? I could be wrong...Do you not think it is strange that our education system is planned at Oxford University in England sent to Harvard for refinement and then installed by NEA???
