It means that at of today EINI has not completed it;s filing with the SEC and has been added to the list of securities to be deleted on 11-18. They now have 3 working days until the 'Eligibility Determination' and 4 days until 'Effective Deletion'.

The first page (homepage) of the EINI.NET site gives comments and explanations about the status of EINI. Given that there's a 60 day SEC review period, I'd be surprised if EINI doesn't hit the pinks.

MVEE has recently stated a name change to Miracle Entertainment. Previously EINI was to change to that name and MVEE was to be merged into EINI. Looks to me like it may end up being the other way around.

BTW, I also own some BNEZ, and the company's PRs have stated that it is easier to be bought out if you're on the pink sheets. Any comments?
