Took you a while for that snappy comeback. And there is absolutely no indication that what you say is true, And, I LOVE the way you define the target market, you ignore the entire state and pick one town! I love it, that like saying Pittsburgh Plate Glass is a monopoly if you define the target market as Pittsburgh. But you don't have to tell me, I KNOW where you got your reasoning from. :)) And I guess it then becomes important to know that Orin Hatch is from Utah, where Novel USED to be. Withdrawing from the litigation is neutral, attacking or continuing to prosecute with a prejudice and feigned objectivity is not. AND, if you are right, then I guess you like the new concept you seem to suggest we would have in this country: THE RULE OF LAW BY GEOCENTRISIM.
